NO ONE EVER AT OFFICE

Thank you for your review. We have created a semi automated business, so an office manager will be on site only partially during the week. However, customers are able to rent a unit and pay their bill with our on site kiosk 24 hours per day. The kiosk is located inside the office.

The Office Hours don't reflect the PERFECT service you can get through the onsite Kiosk. I showed up on a Wednesday after work around 6pm. I was able to lookup the unit sizes, get the costs and even select the unit I wanted. Plus, I could buy a pad lock right there. If I needed help, I could push a button and get connected to a live person who could help me. BTW: The kiosk is inside, out of the weather. I approve!
