Where is your facility located?

You’ll find our first facility on the southeast corner of Lake Hazel and Maple Grove, South Boise area at 6400 South Maple Grove Road. Our second facility is in the heart of south Meridian on the southeast corner of Locust Grove and Overland, behind the huge Jacksons gas station and Metro express Car Wash, 1808 South Locust Grove Rd.

Where can I pay my bill?

You’re welcome to pay your bill through your on line personal account if you have set it up, in the office at our 24 hour self serve kiosks, or by calling the office number and making a payment over the phone with one of our managers. We highly recommend setting up your account with automatic monthly bill pay, it will make your life much easier!!

Why would I want drive up access?

We imagine everyone would like the convenience of driving their vehicle right up to the door of their unit to unload, so we offer this feature to make it easier for you!

What are your office hours?

We have created an automated business model so our staff is not typically in the office. However, an appointment can be made to meet someone in person by calling the office number.

Is notice required to vacate a unit?

Yes, we require a 15-day notice to vacate a unit. You may give notice in an email, in person or by phone.

Do you offer parking options?

Yes, we now have 12x35 carport style units and 14x35 large enclosed units with power, lights, and automatic garage door openers. RV's, boats with towers, large trailers and other large items easily fit!

Is your facility secure?

It sure is! Our property is fenced, and you must have a security code to enter the property. We also use 24 hour video surveillance to monitor the entire facility.

When can I access my unit?

Access hours for the South Boise facility are from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm, seven days a week. The Meridian facility will have 24 hour access when it opens in the summer of 2019.

How can I get started?

It’s easy to get started. You can stop by our facility and talk to our staff or use our 24-hour kiosk on site. You can also call us - we have call center staff ready to help you! In the event that you have rented a unit from the kiosk, you must go to the home page of this site, select the "Tenant Login" tab, and follow the instructions to create your Tenant portal to be able to make online payments.
