Once you have been assigned a unit, the unit number will be to the right side of the door above the locking mechanism. If you inadvertently move your goods into an incorrect unit, a $25 fee will be assessed to your account.

Don't let the Office Hours Fool you! The Office Hours don't reflect the PERFECT service you can get through the onsite Kiosk. I showed up on a Wednesday after work around 6pm. I was able to lookup the unit sizes, get the costs and even select the unit I wanted. Plus, I could buy a pad lock right there. If I needed help, I could push a button and get connected to a live person who could help me. BTW: The kiosk is inside, out of the weather. I approve!
